- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale items are also non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Damages and Issues:
